We seem to have a very angry my lotter amongst us posting some not so nice posts. Not sure why some people choose to do the things they do or say the things they say when they are so angry. Maybe just for attention or could be something else. What do you think?

I agree with everyone on this. I just went to a discussion and what the person was saying was terrible. I also think that if their that unhappy here then they don't have to come to this site. I was on another site the other day and the same thing was happening there. So maybe it is just for attention.

It has to be for attention. Or they are just having a really bad day.. or just maybe they put vinegar in their wheaties this morning instead of milk.. :)

Anger can be so harmful. Someone gave me some advice regarding anger once. They said never to say or do anything if the anger is still raw as you may end up with regrets. I must say though that when I fight with my husband, I cannot hold back! LOL

Yeah, I've been noticing that as well. I try not to give those posts any attention because I'm always afraid whatever I have to say will anger them even more. :-(

Well I answered one post with a question because it was unclear then noticed some other not so nice posts from same person. I think its attention myself. A shame that some resort to those kind of tactics.

I've seen a few angry postings here at MyLot. I generally treat them the same way that I treated my son when he was little and had a temper tantrum. I ignore them.
If they want a response from me, they can speak kindly like any civilized human being. When I see postings that go beyond anger and cross the line into the hate category, then I report them. I know that doesn't solve anything because if they get banned, they just come back under a new name.

So true. Too easy to make a new name and reappear and start the madness all over again. I like the ignore approach, I will go with that and will rate when its really bad.

I think if people don't like it here they should go away.
If there was a legitimate reason for their displeasure then they could talk it out as if it were any other post. Then we could all decide if it deserved our thoughts for ourselves.
I think the person you are talking about caused trouble before and is just looking for more at our expense. He needs to find another play ground.

Very true. If this person posts an intelligent post then I will reply. We are all here to have a good time and post and respond to some interesting topics not bring others down.

Just wait and hope that they will turn themselves around. I guess there is different strokes for different folks but they do not have to be so mean.
