I usually go to bed when my kids do so I'd say 8:30-9:30ish. I truly don't need that much sleep but it's hard not to when you have to shut everything down in the house to help them settle down.
We do tend to stay up maybe til 11 on weekends & just let the kids crash in the living room, provided they don't notice we're gone to bed w/o them.

I'm 61 yrs. old and as a teenager, I'd stay up very late sometimes all night! As I and I think most people get older we tend to go to sleep earlier. Currently I go to sleep about 9 pm and get up every morning at 5 am. This has been going on for about the last 16 yrs. I haven't used an alarm clock for at least 30 yrs. I find I get a lot done in the mornings! ...tdemex

For me it varies. I am a stay at home mom so I have to be up in the morning at 6:30 to have my coffee and get kids up and ready for school. But I often fall asleep on the sofa watching tv at night, lol. But most times I am in bed by 11 pm. And on weekends it could be much later depending on what is going on.

Hello There! honestly, I don't have specific time for sleeping since I am on shifting schedule. I have three schedules for shifting so I find it hard to be asleep at a certain time of the day or night since there are moments that I can't sleep due to my body clock is not yet synchronizing with my mind. Right now, since I am on morning shift, I would sleep at around 10 in the evening onwards. when I don't have work, I can stay awake til midnight... :) Thank you for the discussion. Happy Mylotting and Have a great day! Cheers!

I don't have a bedtime. I usually count back from the time when I'm supposed to get up then count how much hours I need to have a good sleep - like at least 6 hours of sleep. So whatever time I sleep varies on whatever time I wake up :)
Thanks for the response on my discussion!

i work a lot of different shifts, so i never have a routine schedule to go to sleep. but if i work 7-3 i will go to bed probably around 12 and if i work 3-11 i probably won't get to bed until 230am and if i work 11-7 i don't get to bed until like 9 in the morning. so it all depends on my work schedule.

I like to stay up later on the weekends, but on work days I try to get to bed between 10pm and 11pm . . . or else I'm a zombie when the morning routine rolls around! LOL

I usually get to bed around 1:00, but then I sleep to around 10 in the morning. I worked night shift for the last five years and now that I'm laid off it's hard to get back to going to bed early.
