jesse022190 I think really the distinction comes with the content. Cartoons are generally more jovial and for children, they are also generally required to follow content laws that includes TV ratings and censoring etc. But anime don't have quite the same restrictions...

jesse022190 I think it is referring to the fact that even if one side loses the pieces go on with their lives rather than ceasing to mean anything. To me it is kind of like the fact that, from the losing perspective, life goes on after you are gone.
