jesse022190 There are flaws in the system and the bill. There will probably always be flaws in this sort of situation but the federal government is just trying to do something. Any little bit can help in an emergency no matter where it comes from.

jesse022190 Yes I agree with spall these are not "forced" camps you could leave if you wanted to. The fact that these people are forced by circumstance to stay at these camps does not mean that the government is the one forcing them.
