Where is the best place to keep/hide the pepper spray?

i put mine in my handbag and i always imagine IF there is some kind of situation that i really need and to use it, i'd be struggling to find it. i usually carry a big bag enough to put my make up, purse and my diary. my mum told me to put in the middle of my 'upper undergarment', but what if i were to wear a tight fitting shirt? it'll bulge out and i don't want that. any other suggestions? or should i find a bag that has small pockets on the sides?

My friend has her pepper spray attached to her keyring so that she could hold it when she walks home without looking suspicious (or paranoid). I should probably get some pepper spray too since I'm going to be moving off campus soon. 
Hope you found a good place to put it but also hope you never have to use it.

If you could make a small cloth bag with it open at the top for the spray nozzle and make sure that you put velcro on a small loop of material so you can put it on the strap of your purse or belt loop if you have one. Then all you have to do it reach for it and grab and pull. That would be easy and quick to get at it.

I don't use pepper spray, but I think I would probably have the same dilemma as you if I do have one. My bag is also filled with so many stuffs, I always have trouble finding my keys, and I am not even in a hurry to find it
I think it would be a lot easier to just hit the bad guy (if any) with my bag rather than to find the pepper spray hehehe

That is one thing I always forget to get..pepper spray..am not sure where you could keep it but I would keep it on my person and think perhaps in a pcket so it would be easy to get hold of...littleowl

it's like my number one thing that goes in my handbag. if i were to have 4 handbags, then i'll have 4 pepper sprays. one in each bag! i just watched the movie 'taken' starring liam neeson and it did really influence me. i wish that i can blow pepper naturally from my own mouth!

a bag w/small pockets on the side would probably be your best bet. stay safe.
