Power walking

I have just been power walking and I feel really good for it I used to do it often and then with christmas I tended to not do it, do you exercise what do you do? Do you feel better afterwards?

I like to exercise 5 days a week. I do various things, mostly I spend three days on a cardio work out then 2 days on a muscle work out. I used the site wellness 360 to help generate my routine as well as my current eating habits. I enjoy working out most of the time other times it is a chore lol

I run or walk depending on my mood. Running is good for pounding out stress. Walking is better for relaxation. I always feel much better after.
