We prefer fresh vegetables, so most of the time we will get these from either the hypermarkets or morning markets. The only canned vegetables we take are button mushrooms and baby corn; frozen hardly at all.

Mostly fresh and canned, I hardly ever cook frozen, it just doesn't taste as good. We eat canned corn and peas alot, but mostly fresh broccoli occasionaly we will have frozen but I prefer fresh. We eat a lot of salads, with lettuce and carrots, sometimes tomatoes. We also love grilled corn on the cob, it is sooooo good.

We eat fresh vegetables most often. We eat some canned veggies, but not very many. Everybody in my family hates frozen veggies, so we never have those. I always try to steam our veggies to maintain their nutrients. We especially love broccoli and cauliflower.

Unfortunately I eat mostly canned. I prefer fresh by far. I go to college and nothing here is fresh...it all comes in a box, can, or from the freezer. Once I get out of here I fully plan on going health crazy for a bit just to get something healthy in my body!

Fresh is the best one. The taste will be great if you cook it directly. I like cabbage, carrots, young corn, spinach, ect. I also like potatoes and tomatoes. If you mix different color it will look great. Some food that I like are Vegetables Soup, Yong Tau Fuu with a lot of green leaves, Vegetables Salad with nuts butter sauce, ect.

Strictly fresh and frozen. I avoid canned vegetables because of the salt content and I have high blood pressure. You can reduce the salt in canned food by draining the juice and rinsing it, but my kids complain when I do.

i prefer to eat only fresh vegetables. i don;t like canned or frozen vegetables because i don;t like the preservatives they add in it .
we will bring tuna fish canned and we take sometimes frozen chicken .
but for vegetables i like only fresh ones and we get more fresh vegetables in india and we make good dishes with fresh vegetables .fresh vegetables will be good for health and canned ones are least nutritious than fresh and frozen ones ,because of the extensive heating process .
straight from the garden to the table is definitly a healthy food for us ,but all of them should be cleaned well for 2,3 times.

Mostly fresh. anned vegetables rarely used at times when cooking in rush or not enough vegetables are available.
Frozen food is not bad at all unless it is stored for over a month. I often freeze uncooked and cooked food and use it within 2 weeks for best results

All three. Fresh when eating raw. Canned when I need a quick fix for dinner or luch menu. And frozen for soups. Frozen are just good to have around bc they dont go bad for a long time. And frozen Okra tastes really good after its cooked.

Fresh vegetables are the best. I like to eat those mixed with some souse. Often, I eat the sandwich with fresh vegetables inside (cabbage or tomatoes). Sometimes, I also cook the vegetables to make a soup with a chicken flavor. For that, I normally use cabbage or spinach, carrot, and also beans.

I try to eat mostly fresh veggies. They're so much better for you than frozen or canned. Although, frozen and canned are cheaper. I also keep frozen veggies in the freezer for quick cooking. They're also the second healthiest choice out of the 3.
I also plan on growing some of my own veggies this year to help cut the cost of purchasing them! :-)
