trying to break the addiction

ANybody quit smoking before?
Its a rough business and i think that patches dont do much. In all honest cold turkey is when i lasted longest. MAybe it the pure guilt i feel or realizing that its all on me and no one else.Responsibilty gives one alot of will power. Any tips?

I have quit smoking on a few occasions myself. Now i just smoke occasionaly durring finals weeks. But I agree that going cold turkey has worked the best for me. Nothing else seems to work or really do anything for me.

Yes I did and it's matter of discipline and determination. I stopped going to places with people smoking for a while like bars. I didn't use patches I just decided to stop. If you want to get good ideas and free programs and help about addiction. There's a free site to help addicts from almost all types of addiction. I finished the program is 3 months and happend to stop smoking since then, toolsforlife.com try it
