I am not actually a business man but I am a student at the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business and I am currently learning a lot about he challenges of business. i would say that the hardest thing that I am looking to face in my business career is going to be legal studies. You have to understand a certain amount of legal issues to really succeed in business and they are pretty difficult.

The 1st time I did business as a business man was when I was a promoter for NYC night clubs from 1994-2001. The promoting was easy as I always remembered my ABC's from trading stocks.
A- Always
B- Be
C- Closing
The hardest part was copywrites & trademarks. As there is Sooooo much redtape to cut through. If you don't know what the red tape means, it is what the government does to make your life harder by their ridiculous rules. Oh & quotas. I disliked quotas. I had quotas set for all of the Jr promoters under me to make crowd bonuses from the various nightclub owners. It was just hard keeping a group of 12-18 people together working for the same goal.
