The world is experiencing an overwhelming climate change... changes that affect every living thing on earth. Our world is warming in an alarming rate.
Many conditions of these changes have been observed and documented by scientists: Coral reef ecosystem is being threatened by warming seas. Glaciers have been shrinking. Unprecedented and extreme weather conditions happen. Antarctic ice shelf is likely to break up. These are just few thing things that we need to take seriously and do something about. Our world, the last frontier of the human kind is already dying... or should i say, we are dying! Imagine what will happen if the world continuously heats up and melts the entire ice shelf that was built millions of years ago. Will there be another "great flood"? Will there be another Noah to build an Arc?
It will not happen tomorrow or the next day or the next decade or century. But it will happen if we will not do anything about now! Are you not concerned? Well, you better be!

The skills the future kids will need aren't technology based... it'll be the basic skills like farming, water purification and recovery, how to cook something that doesn't come from a can.
They are spoiled in a lot of respects (those growing up in the more advanced places)
The Ark has been re-made though to scale. I don't think it's practile to consider that story for a future event. The navy has cool ships that has hospitals, water systems, and all the things a small city would need. Now make all that go on a nice reusable fuel and put my name on it.
Yeah, people should worry. Not so much about tomorrow because some things can be done TODAY that may lesson what will be. Things need to be done now, not later.
