You can be as active as you were before pregnancy if the doctor clears you. I would talk to the doctor before you take on anything that strenuous but it's always nice to go for a walk every day. I used to walk as much as possible before the third trimester when my feet became horribly swollen.
Drink lots of water - take your prenatal vitamins and follow a good diet of protein, fruits and vegetables.
Congratulations!

Hi when you are pregnant you can pretty eat as you like. Making sure you get lots of milk for calcium as baby will take away yours. Try not to eat spicy foods as it can make heartburn bad. If you have morning sickness drink peppermint herbal tea. Or suck on peppermint candy. Also stay away from can tuna and salmon as they carry high ammounts of mercury which is dangerous in pregnancy! Eat lots of fresh fish instead! Try to eat green leafy veggies as it will help with constipation. Which does happen alot as baby gets bigger!
Eggs are also a must in pregnancy! Try to get lots of protien if you dont eat meat eat peanutbutter its really high in protein!
I also found when i was pregnant and had morning sickness STAY AWAY FROM PORRIDGE AND ROLLED OATS. IT makes morning sickness alot worse!
Oh and drink lots of orange juice for the vitiman C!
hope this helps!
