deejean06 Hi hotsummer! I think that losing weight might be one of the hardest things to do for everyone but some people especially. I think the best thing you can do is to not be too hard on yourself and to take one day at a time - good luck!

I have never hung up on anyone that I knew personally. I hang up on sales people constantly because they just won't take no for an answer and I can't stay on the phone saying no for an hour or until they understand I'm not buying...

deejean06 Hi submerryn...I do every single day because you never know when there will be something real in the folder that just was passed in the spam folder. Unfortunately I have had real emails in the spam folder and deleted a couple before I realized they were real.
