peavey You know, I can't remember my first knitting project! It was many years ago, though, so I'll use that for an excuse. :) Even now I love the feeling when I finish something, especially when I finish something that takes awhile to finish.

Loverbear I so remember my first knitted project!!! I was fifteen and it was a pair of slippers. Mom had given me wool yarn, and there was just enough for my two slippers. It took me a year to knit them and get them sewn together. I got to wear them once......
