Hello there, when im at home, i always sleeping without a bra, coz it's uncomfortable for me and also i feel that i need my chest to breath and relax at night time. But when i am sleeping at my friends house, i tried to sleep with bra's on, coz im not get to used that someone might accidentally see my chest expose!

Sometimes I do and sometimes I don't. It just kind of depends on how lazy I am or if I take a shower right before bed. If I have a bra on when i'm ready to go to bed i usually don't take it off, just because i am a lazy person. But a lot of the time i shower not too long before bed so i never even put my bra on. But with wire bras i definitley agree with you that they are incomfortable to sleep in and i definitley dont recommend it to anyone. a bra without the wire might not be so bad though.

I never used to before I had kids. But as my boobs grew bigger it felt better to have the extra support and while I nursed as well. Well I have 3 kids so i still do until this day. Once in a while I take it off but nomrally its on.

After i had my son i were a bra for a month or two. I did it untill the swelling went down and the leaking stopped.

That one i will agree. If i am around people who i dont want to see me going without a bra then bra stays on.

Nah, I surely can't sleep in my bra... even for a short cat nap. It's just way to uncomfortable for me. I suppose maybe I should since I've got larger bust, but I just don't like it, it seems to inch it's way up around my neck and half of my boobs are falling out and choking me at the same time.... lol...

I am kind of busty, so I always sleep in a bra. I can't get comfortable without wearing one. I find myself rolling over on them or having one get pinned and it hurts then my boobs are sore the next day. I had to start wearing one when I nursed and found that it was more comfortable to sleep in a bra then fight the you rolled over on your own boob battle.

I don't sleep in one. It's good to give the girls a rest.

I really prefer not to, but have. I can sleep any kind of way fully clothed or not. But for those nights that I intend to sleep as comfortable and long as possible, no bra or bare is cool too.

when i was younger i tend to wear bra when i was sleeping but now, no i don't. i feel uncomfortable having it on. and i just don't like having it in my body. its like i am suffocated by it. so i rather sleep without a bra. and i also wear pajamas and a huge shirt. i feel more comfortable that way.

I did sleep in my bra when I was pregnant. Had reason to protect my chest since things become sensitive during that time. Especially towards the end of the pregnancy. I don't now. Just too uncomfortable and it can keep me awake. Feel like I am going to bed dressed.

I don't usually sleep at night in bed with a bra on. I believe in being relaxed and not constricted while resting.
However there are times when I do take a little nap in the afternoon and of course my clothes are on including my undergarments.

I don't sleep with a bra. Occassionally, I've been known to use a sports bra to sleep in when I've been uncomfortable for some reason. They are definitley alot more comfortable. I've pretty much switched over to sports bras for every day use

Absolutly not, it's too uncomfortable. In fact, when I am at home I don't wear it either, unless I have guest coming in.
