Hi Mylotties, Life is full of enjoyment, excitement, funny moments and sad moments. Sometimes, we ourselves do some funny activities.
Some of us will feel shy to sing outside, but, we will be so expert in singing in bathroom. Do you have that experience?
I am a professional bathroom singer. I am a guitarist, but, my voice will not be that much good to sing solo or in group. And thats why, I became a professional bathroom singer.
If I go to bathroom, I can even forget to take bath, but, I never forget to sing.
Are you a professional bathroom singer? What made you to be professional bathroom singer?

Hi Arunmails,
I try to be a considerate person when I am. I am also a rather private person.
So, if I can help it, I normally will not sing out loud such that people can hear me. (Karaoke singing is a different matter.)
So I will usually just hum the music in my mind or sing it so softly (any time when I feel like it) if there is nobody within hearing range.
Cheers!

I like to sing in and out of the bathroom. I won't claim that I am the best singer, but I don't think my voice is all that bad. I won't sing in front of people I can't trust to be kind if my singing gets off key, but I think singing is a great way to relieve stress.

No I am not a bathroom singer. But I will call myself a car singer. In my car I pop in one of my cd's turn the volume up and sing every song word for word.Or sometimes when I'm cleaning up I turn up the volume and pass the time scrubbing and singing away. Makes the time more enjoyable so I can get done quicker w/o it feeling like work.I have been singing away for as long as I can remember no matter who is around. But the key to all of this is that I cant hold a tune to save my life. I was devastated!Let me explain why. Well during one of these days I had my music blasting burning cd's while cleaning my house. Well when I was playing back one of them to see what to record next I caught my voice in the playback.I was like what the hell is that. Well "that" was me!I absolutely love music love to sing, and when I here a song that just fits me to a tee I be like "thats my jam!"I called my mother, sister, friends, coworker, I was hurt. I said how come no one ever told me that I sounded like that. I mean we sit down and watch American Idol and laugh at the people who cant sing together. Now I've realized that I'm one of them.yeah that happened about 4 years ago.I've gotten over that. So now when I want to sing I just wait till its just me and my children we roll the windows up on the car pop in a cd and we all sing away.

Nope, I'm not a bathroom singer. However, my step-daughter LOVES singing in the bathroom. It doesn't matter what she's doing in there, she's singing. It's so cute. :-)

Hello just like you I am a professional bathroom singer as well. The only place where I can sing on the top of my voice when I am in the bathroom singing knowing that others will not hear my voice because of the rushing water. I think there are a lot of us who sings well in the bathroom especially if you are not as gifted as the others in singing.

HIGH FIVE!!! I AM A PROFESSIONAL BATHROOM SINGER TOO! I sing in the bathroom like EVERYDAY. It's a habit that I cultivated on my own since I was young. You see, I loved to sing a lot when I was young. My parents bought me those kiddy videos where there are kids singing some nursery rhyme or some other song. If I get hooked onto the song, I'll sing along when watching the tape, and also sing when I'm bathing. It has become something quite usual for me to do when I'm in the bathroom. Once I step into the bathroom, all I can think of is MUSIC and SONGS.
Another reason that made me love singing in the bathroom is that the bathroom at my house is like enclosed, and it's smaller than any other rooms in my house. so, when I sing, it'll give this really nice echo effect, which makes my singing sound even nicer!

So, to get you echo back, you sing in the bathroom. But, the smaller room doesnot gives you that much echo right??

I think you feel free when no one is around or like yu are just with your self sometimes we even dance when we are alone right so i think its just like being comfort factor that counts. Everyone sings in bathroom because they feel free and no one is around you so you feel free and there is no embarassing factor around you.....
