sachin6606 I think the trick is not that one should stop eating but the important thing is what are you eating. Have a healthy diet and more importantly fix your routine. Go for green vegetables and fruits. I am sure you will get back to shape soon.

sachin6606 Ya you are right in a way because the eldest has more responsiblity plus there is an added responsiblity in terms of that you are an ideal for you younger ones so you have to behave more descently compared to the younger ones in your family.....
