Okay, I have previously mentioned in my other discussion about healthy meals and stuff like that, that I am overweight. Now I am interested on some great excersizes to target some specific parts of my body. I am looking to target my under arm flab, my midsection, and my thighs. These are all trouble spots and little insecurities of most women. I am just curious on how to solve these problems.

There are lots of great exercises to tone your muscles. From lifting light weights, to simple movements.
But, you have to take it slowly, not to overwork yourself.Your heart has to adjust. Also, together with the exercises, it's the best deal to start eating in proportion. This means that whatever you eat, it a little bit every time. Better 5-6 times a day, than 2-3 big meals.Of course that what you eat is equally important, but you probably know this already.
As for exercises, the best one, for the beginning is to walk.As fast as you can, keeping the same pace.Once you got used to it, you can take with you some easy weights in each of your hand, and when you walk, lift them. This will tone your arm and upper chest muscles .Later on, you can search on line for great exercises.
What I wrote here, it's just to help you get used to a certain routine, easier at the beginning.
Hope it helps.
Good luck!
