Black eye

Have you ever got a black eye from not looking where you were going and walking into something? I've only done it once, a long time ago - I was ogling a great-looking boy who was walking past, and walked into a lamp-post. I felt incredibly stupid, but I'm pretty sure he didn't notice! It did hurt though.

Nope, but my step-daughter did last year. She was playing in our basement and wasn't watching where she was going when she was running. Ka-KLUNG!! She banged right into one of the columns. The whole house shook! She'll never do that again . . .

I have gotten a black eye before from my girlfriend! Yeah we were jumping on a trampoline for fun and she kneed me in the face!! So it isn't exactly like your story but kind of similar!
