Im the at home student. I prefer to do everything at home. I used to be really really social, and that ended badly. But now that Im a mother in college, I kind of just go to class, interact with people there sometimes, and come home and do tons of homework because I like to take notes and read the chapters. I used to be in a sorority at my old college and that caused me to get into party mode, which ended in an unplanned pregnancy by something I cant believe that dated, blak! lol!

why it ended badly? well, now you're mother i think it's cool. but when you have a child, i think you must advice him/her to become a balance student, in academy or in social life. so i think, again i think, you must at least be your child example, so he/she can follow what you are.

As a scholar once said "everything in moderation" and I was doing nothing in moderation... I hope that I am an example for her, I mean I gave birth to her during finals week and wrote a research paper in the hospital :)

hi there.. maybe Im a student who can balance academic and social life.. I love to study, but I give myself a break when there is a need.. I hang out with my friends sometimes. But I was never a cheater.. Cheating is something I really really hate. I'd rather get zero than fool myself. I am so hurt whenever I see my classmates cheat during exams.. I just feel that it's unfair.. I study to get high grades then they'll pass easily.. But I cant complain.. I have no guts to tell it to the professor.. That would cause me more trouble..

well you're a great student there. i agree if the student must balancing not only the academic and social life, but also their principles of course. for cheating student, why you don't tell your professor? i think its a great thing to tell our teacher whenever we see our classmate doing cheat, its like tell the cop there is a burglar or something like that.

i can say that a real student is someone who experience all the bad and good times while in school. cheating is a part of student life but nevertheless it is not be tolerated. having yourself visiting in the student affairs office or the guidance section because you violated some rules of the school or maybe you find yourself smashing to someone's face is also a part of the student life. i think if you havent experience that things maybe you havent fully experience the life of being a student. and this is the statement that my teacher said to us when i was in 4th year high school. i always belong to the cream of the crop section and other would rather stay away with us because they are afraid of us in some reason we don't understand. we are the student who afraid to cheat for once in our student life and even afraid to visit the student affairs office because of troubles.official and teachers have higher expectations to us but then i dont want a student life who pretend and direct herself as a perfect student

yes i agree that cheating is part of life, i mean part of choise in life. so i'm not say that you musn't be a bad student, but i admire you when you say "yes, i'm a bad student" so you can reveal who you really are, and you can be more confidence than you don't say who you are. =)

I am a college student now. What types of student? Hehe... It is a little hard to tell. To be honest, i am not interested in study. I think I am a partial student. I am not good at those calculating subjects such as math, physics... Those are hard for me. So after classes i even don't review it one second more.
I have a lot of friends. I want to share something interesting with them. But sometimes i want to be alone and just enjoy the peace of mind.

well, glad if you tell the truth. well me is very like calculating subjects, maybe its little hard, but when you know what the point is, i think it will be very easy to understand. it may take a few time, but sure we can force someone to like what he/she dislike can we?

When I was in school or learning things around the house (due to my father teaching me things) I'm more of a "hands on" learner. Such as, I do best from being taught and just doing it. Forget about reading the instructions, that was never my thing.

I am a shy, procrastinator student. Meaning I usually do not socialize much at all, but will usually willingly participate in class discussions. Procrastinator student, because I always put off studying or any assignments until they are really close to be needed, usually until the night before. Luckily I have very good marks so far. I will probably need to change my studying habits as I progress further in my education, but for now what I am doing is working for me.

I think, I'm simple student like you, but I have a plan to make a good achievement in my study. I try to make my self get the soul and the meaning of study, so that I can be a good learner. I want to make study is fun, study is the part of my life, I want to love all my subject and get the knowledge.
I do like to gather with my friends and hang out, but not all the time like that. I need refreshment to go outside campus especially after the final exam but at the other time I take my time to study by myself. I like to revise the subject with my friends and make small discussion about the particular subject.

Hi there, I haven;t thought about this before. anyway u have asked so, i was kind laid back, dis nothing in my past five and half years of graduation as well as post graduation. Marks are good, but i did studied only when there was exam or like class test stuff. Was interested in sports, so i was kind a sporty student, hmmmm shy in case of girls only I never talked with a single girl in my college life, so other than this my overall performance was in between ordinary student and extra ordinary student.

i am a simple student too ,take my lectures and skip 1 or 2 class every monthwhich i dont like :D
In the case of study, i preview the course notes and try to listen the lecture carefully ,then review the notes before assessments.
surfing until night also ,watching New, then downloading some cartoon and movie or TV series. Working until morning with my classmates one day before deadline :D
