I have a lap-band and am trying to lose all the baby weight, Ive had the lap=band for years, and its never really worked for me at all! Any one else have one? did it work or no?

jodie_warner06 A lap band is like a zip-tie for the stomach. It restricts your food intake. It is a tool however and not a solution. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt. I dont eat more than a 1000 calories most days, but for some reason I have a hard time losing...
