What is your hobby and do you spend a lot of time to do it ?

I used to breed and raise parrots but I'm getting out of it after 20+ years. I just decided that I've had enough of this and would rather spend my time with another hobby, freelance writing and more time with my grandson! I also enjoy gardening and just about anything outdoors! And of course sports--can't forget the LSU Tigers!

Hi lusirafa, Based on your started discussion here, I can say that we have similarities. Of all my hobbies, surfing the internet is what I love most. I really spend so much of my time in front of my computer to the extent that I can forget the time. Especially if I am here in mylot and participating to discussions here. I can say that mylotting is one reason why I am so addicted on the internet. Aside from earning here, we can gain friends and add some information on our brain because of so much information here that we can get.Learning and earning at same time is very much enjoyable. Another hobby of mine is chatting also on my friends online and also to my boyfriend. I can say that chatting to my boyfriend takes me so much time also in my computer. Unlike ordinary lovers, we can only see each other trough web cam. We are in a long distance relationship and everyone knows how difficult it is. But I should say that God is really good on both of us because in spite of all the difficulties, my and my boyfriend is still on a smooth relationship. I can say that internet plays a vital role in my life not just because surfing and chatting with it added to my hobby but because I can get also benefits from it.

before I did spend a lot of time doing my hobbies and almost didn't even notice the time...I missed drawing, scrapbooking, listening to my fave bands, texting my friends, reading interesting books, watching movie marathons...but lately I've never got the chance to set a time for my hobbies, because of my busy schedule in my work...the only hobby I usually spend time is surfing the net...of course it includes mylotting.(^_^)

My hobby is to fantasize about things.... and i can do it for the whole day.

I have 2 hobbies that I spend ALL of my free time doing, reading and being on the computer. I actually do both at the same time all the time.

I spend most of my time watching tv, it has become a background noise for me. must have it on whatever i am doing. I also spend a great deal of time online as well,and listening music.

I collect football cards and I spend a lot of time with it. I probably spend an hour a day messing with them in some way. Whether it is on a trading board, surfing ebay, sorting them or listing them there is always something I could be doing with them. Luckily my little boy likes them too so now we have something we can do together.

my fave hobby would have to be reading and reading and reading. lol i love reading books..novel for one and magazines..aside from that i am also an internet addict lol i could spend my day in front of the computer...

I have many hobbies. At the moment I spend a lot of time on the internet, I can spend countless hours online. I use the internet to communicate with my friends, to make money, to read and participate in discussions, to look at online galleries, to search for information etc. I read a lot and I write myself, so reading and writing is also a hobby for me. About 5 years ago I started painting and it quickly become one of my hobbies. I have just had the chance to exhibit my paintings and I am very happy about that. I have sold some of them, but most of all painting is a hobby for me.

My hobby is mylot!!! lol posting and commenting. Well not really. I would say playing video games all day is my hobby. Its so fun and I can talk with friends and stuff. I got an Xbox 360 and it is so addicting. I also watch movies, anything that will keep me busy. There are so many movies I want to watch now but never get a chance to go and watch them. Thats why I only like games that last a good long time. Games that end fast are not good. But if its got a good story then I would probably beat it easy,hard, very hard.

My hobby is surfing the internet, watching movies and playing sports. Hehehehe... I like surfing the internet because I can earn money. Hehehehe.... I like watching movies because it is entertaining. I love sports because it makes me fit and healthy. I spend more time on surfing the internet and sports because it takes alot of time to earn money here in mylot. It also takes time to practice my sport which is Taekwondo. I only watch movies when I am interested of the movie, if I get bored with the movie, I surf the internet. Hehehehe... I also like spending my time with my girlfriend because we can joke around and have so much fun. Hehehehe... It's fun to be with my girlfriend.

i love surfing the net too! there are so many things we can learn through the net. i'm quite an internet addict too. in fact most of my time (3/5) goes to being online. i like to work on my blog & website, surf for new informative websites, surf for cash, participate in mylot, etc...:)

Hello There! How is it going? Well, I have lots of hobbies that sometimes I can’t find time to do all of them but one thing that I can’t avoid is watching DVD series and movies. I love watching movies especially comedy, action/adventures movies… I don’t find my weekend to be complete without seeing any movies… lolz… though right now I am banning myself from watching movies until I finish my review for Cisco class. Second, I love collecting pocketbooks and read them all. Other stuff is just visiting my social networking sites to write what I want… I kinda love writing and expressing my feelings. I read. I write. I blog--rather, I used to, back when everything was okay. I take pictures. I take videos. I make AudioVisual Presentations. I surf the internet. I EAT! I think that's everything-- ...and I MyLot.

I am making my hobby this year to make money online...LOL, no seriously that is it!! I love to read, love love love to read, and have many books in my house to prove it... and I have spent many nights up and reading, but this year I have decided it doesnt make me any money to do that and I am tired of being the broke mom that lives off what is left over from hubby's paycheck, so this year I want my own money and I want to help out with the bills... I use to work 3 jobs, 1 full time, 2 part time...and I worked 7 days a week, got laid off after 9/11 and got pregnant after that... we decided that the economy was slow anyway at that time... now of course it is worse, and we would lose money if I worked, so I stayed home. now I am a full time mom, full time housewife, and it still takes 2 incomes to pay the bills... so I have made my new yrs resolution, or what ever my hobby to make money....LOL

Well i love surfing the net, chatting with my friends, reading mylot (answering sometimes discussions), uploading pictures, listening to music and watching movies alone (because my hubby used to watch news on the TV), and also doing online teaching here on the net.

My main hobby is my Internet. I spend a lot of time doing my hobby. I just enjoy it so much and it gets my mind of other things. Its very relaxing for me to sit down and just surf the Internet.
