Has anyone ever tried Core Rhythms?

I usually don't buy things from infomercials on tv, but I'm just curious if this actually works - of course if you stick to the workout? I would be interested to hear from anyone who has tried exercise systems from infomercials and if they worked for you?

I have used it. If you can just get the main DVD with out paying for all of the extras it is worth it. All of the extras are only good if you have a partner and you want to learn how to do certain dances, but they are not all that great for fitness, the main one is good, you can usually buy them seperately on Amazon, I would just buy the main one, and save some money.

No, but I have in mind of trying an exercise that involves dancing. It flattens your abs and what not. I dream of losing weight, but I feel that I may not have the time and energy for it. Losing weight is a challenge for me. But, I know that I will soon do it. It is just me being lazy. I have heard of Core Rhythms before. I think that this idea is great for losing weight! I just have not tried it yet.

Losing weight is also a challenge for me that's why I thought that dancing would make it fun! Thanks for the input - I think I'll try it...
