how do you feel when you are kising on the mouth?

When I was younger, I used to wonder how it feels to kiss and be kissed on the mouth? Whenever I see couples kissing lips to lips I often ask myself If they ever get yucky feeling and tasting their saliva and all. When I grew up, I never like kissing on the mouth. I don't know why. I just don't like to be kissed on the mouth for a long time. Does it make me less romantic?
