Any Blogging Advice or Suggestions for a new blogger?

Ok so I just started my blog today. i started the acount a couple weeks ago, it is easy to understand. However it is not easy to understand how to make money from it and to learn ways to generate trafic.
At this point in the game I mainly want some critic on the blog and suggestions of what I should do now. I take all critisizm willingly and thankfully. I want to improve my blog. If anyone would like to exchange blog address and exchange reviews i would be up for that.
If anyone knows any tricks or ways to earn from your blog and would be able to explain these to me i would greatly appreciete it. I am also trying to generate more traffic to my healium account.
Please anybody out there that would be willing to help in any way with advice, suggestions or anything i would be sooo thankful.

I'm actually working on a blog that deals with starting a blog, and eventually, how to make money out of it. The thing is, most blogs about the subject are made by people that are already making a lot of cash, and their systems usually require you to invest some money first.
There's nothing wrong with that, but the average person can't, or wont invest money if they don't know how the whole thing will turn out. What I'm going to do is to actually take those concepts, twist them so you don't need to spend any money, and experiment within the blog itself to see what works and what doesn't.
I've seen your blog and it's actually pretty good, but you'll be able to take some pointers from my first articles to make it better. I'll also tackle a bit about how to build traffic in one of them.
Of course, the blog isn't up yet, but it should be within the next few days. If you're interested let me know and I'll send you the link as soon as it's up and running.
