to anybody who finds lasagne confusing,please just see that it's no more than sheets of pasta and mince from that you decide what you want in it,it's one of the most simple dishes on earth you should try it

Absolutely! 
It's very nourishing and filling too and while it's cooking you can wash up all the pots you used when preparing it.
If you want a trick to make it sooooo much better... just add bechemel sauce to the tomato sauce with mince (bolognese) and add some bits of ham too whe preparing the layers. That makes it richer, even more filling and whoever is eating it will thank the chef!

Oh that sounds different - I must try it too!
Have you ever tried vegetarian lasagne? Instead of the usual mince with tomato sauce try adding finely chopped cooked spinach to bechemal sauce and layering as usual. Makes a refreshing change

I like lasagna but I hardly ever make it, and you right it's easy
but I always end up making Spaghetti and Meat sauce instead.

Hi carl. You are right. I make lasagne often because I and my daughter love it and it is easy to do. To vary it, so we don't eat the some thing every time, I make it sometimes with ham, mushroom,cheese and bechamel sauce (roman). And sometimes I change the pasta for slices of aubergine. And sometimes I make it with my leftovers. Lasagne is always good.

Hi carl,
Lasagne is very easy to cook but too much messing about, laying it and topping it off with sheets of pasta and cheese topping, yum! but I don't do it often as I haven't got the time, my hubby loves the stuff.
