Mine's butternut squash. Makes great soup and you can bake it too. I also love the tops of brussel sprout plants. Just cut a cross in the bottom and sream. Serve with butter. All those little button sprouts and the little cabbage like top, a meal on it's own.

Potatoes for sure. There are so many different ways you can eat them. They are just so good:)

they are all yummy but if i am to name a few it would be broccoli, cabbage, potatoes, tomatoes, carrots, corn, green beans, lettuce and eggplant.

Even though they insist on calling it a fruit, my favorite vegetable is a tomato. They are delicious in salads, excellent sliced on top of a big juicy hamburger, the perfect addition to a plain cheese sandwich, a necessity in pasta sauces, delicious to stuff with either tuna or chicken salad, great little taco toppings, and when tomatoes are left to stand alone... they are wonderful with just a sprinkle of salt.
