I keep a desk calendar, wall calendar and a pocket sized date book, and still I miss appointments! What do I do??? I have one in my purse, one on the wall in my bedroom, and one on my desk. How else can I make sure I remember these appointments??!!

LOL! I think is a matter of getting "organized" to make sure you SEE the important things. It does no go to write on calenders etc if you don't check them every day. I am one of the nutjobs that knows where everything is and when everything is due, but that is just my nature. My husband is the other type, if I don't remind him he will forget even to turn the lights on the aquarium or feed the fish as they stare at him.

I'd say that writing small notes to yourself may help you remember things better. Also, using a cellphone if you have one to set alarm reminders really helps some people. I know a few people that set alarms on their cell phones for everything. They have an alarm set for medication reminders, for appointments, for classtimes and everything else. I'm not sure it would work for me because I'd get annoyed with it rather fast, but it really seems to work for some people.

Which one do you refer to the most? perhaps you have too many to refer to. If you make a habit of just using one then you might be able to make your appointments LOL
I use a wall calendar which I refer to daily. If I don't make an effort to look at it everyday, then I forget what is scheduled. It sits on one of our side tables in the lounge next to my laptop.
Another suggestion, if you use a cellphone you can input your appointments and have the alarm go off as a reminder. I use mine from time to time.

I tend to forget things to do so I make sure that I mention it to my assistant so he can help me remember. Very often, this helps me to remember and I am the one who remember and my assistant often forgets. Cheers!!

Do you have a cell phone or an electronic organizer?? I find these really helpful, you can set in alarms or important dates so that it will remind you about your events whenever you need them! Also, you can put little post-it notes on places that you KNOW you have to walk past by or visit daily.
ex:
Place a post-it in the bathroom for as soon as you wake up
The car
The fridge
Even by the light switch! Whatever suits you best. :)
Hope this helps!
