Do you like fast food and how often do you eat them? Fast food is really popular here and a lot of people eat such food. Although it is not good for health, but it is truely convenient for us.
Especially when you need to have a quick meal and save time for you. I think that's why so many people like it. And you, mylottor?

We don't eat fast food but once in a great while. I cook at home for most of our daily meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner. If we are in a hurry and need a quick meal we just grab a peanut butter and jelly sandwich or something similar. There are many times I'd love to just grab fast good but we try to save as much money monthy as we can, and cutting out extras do that.

Fast food is a guilty pleasure for me, and even tough I am trying to eat better, I still love the convenience of a quick trip through Taco Bell! It's cheap and really close to home, and for three dollars, I am satisfied, although I know what im eating is terrible!

Hello,Janne! In recent years the fast foods or the convenience food have gained immense popularity because of excessive pressure on the women folks all over the world. But these foods are in no way better than the home cooked balanced meals. As a result varieties of lifestyle diseases are seen in every family like diabetes, blood pressure and obesity. So I never eat these fast foods.I think I had eaten in a fast food resturant some twenty five years back.thanx.

I HATE fastfood. I think it's gross, gets you bloated and gives you gas. I feel so fat if I eat fastfood. I really don't like fastfood coz it just doesn't feel great after eating it. I will have it when there is nothing else out there, like a roadtrip and all you get is a McDee's or Burger King or whatever. Nothing else for miles, either that or starve. So I'll get that. But I'd rather make my own food or in a good restaurant. Even places like Chili's or Applebee's is kinda an upper level from fast food, but not so healthy food.

I and my friends eat once per week, most time eat Subway, sometime hav MC. there is no KFC in our town. we know fast food is not good for health, but it is very quick indeed. actually I think meatball in Subway has a nice taste. LOL The traditional British food are not suit our Chinese students' taste.

Fast food ,NEVER!!
fast food really makes problems with our health and its consequences are not seen quickly sometimes, so I prefer to stay away from fast food but there's nothing wrong taking it sometimes, so eat healthy and be healthy .Happy Mylotting!

Very well said. Eating out is very convenient since you don't have to cook and wash the dishes. But the value of nutrition you get from eating out is not good like the once we prepare at home.
Hubby and i used to eat out but once every two weeks. Because most of the time i prepare foods at home. When we do have to celebrate such occasions, we do eat out but we sure to dine in to great restaurants.
But the thing is, it is expensive, so that's why, if we have to be practical, we need to save money, i don't tempt him to go out and eat.

Well I believe there is an age for fast food too, just like everything else. Children and young adults can consume more fast food than older people coz their metabolism rate is higher and fat deposition is comparatively less. So in those ages, I too would love to eat fast food, chips and chocolates and burgers and fries and cold drinks and such. We were in college and I remember everyday while returning home, there was this shop which stocked the most amazing array of fast food and cold drinks and it was our favourite stop before parting ways for the day.
However, now in mid 30s, I feel that I don’t like fast food any more. It might be OK for once or twice a week but nor more than that.

Right now I seldom eat at fast food chains. Before I used to work in a center located inside the mall. The food at our pantry is really bad that's why we just eat at food chains inside the mall almost everyday. I know that could not be healthy but it is convenient.

I used to eat fast food twice or thrice in a week before my marriage.I love it because it is rapidly available and tastes very good.
But after my marriage i moved to another town where you do not find too many restaurants and fast food eating joints. Now i manage to eat it one or twice a month when i travel to another city or to my parents house.
I miss my fast food.

a lot, before. i live alone and have to deal with working late and traffic so i choose resting than cooking. but now, i avoid eating fast food as much as possible, just on emergency situations like nothing else to eat or having to eat in transit. or craving for my favorite mcdonald's breakfast meal.
