what do you count as being a good day?

My day is good when I have accomplished all my tasks. It is even better when I have also done a few extra duties and I have helped the people close to me. It feels good to lie down when you are really tired. I get the full pleasure from resting when I am really tired. It is also a good day for me when my day was filled with overflowing blessings, which I guess happens almost everyday. God is so wonderful for giving me this life...

I think it depends what kind of mood I'm in. If I'm tired and feel lazy then a good day is one when I can just sit around in my pj's all day and not do nothing, no cooking, cleaning, the kids are good, etc. If I'm energetic then a clean house at the end of the day is great! If I have to go out shopping then it depends on how the other shoppers and cashiers are, happy, freindly, not pushy, not hitting me with a cart. The best ending to any day though is knowing that my family is safe, happy, and healthy.

Similar--when I feel I've accomplished something worthwhile, and the grandchildren don't spend the rest of the evening bickering and spoiling my good mood.

Good one! I suppose for me, a good day would be when I feel positive at the end of it.

It depends from my mood actually. Sometimes it can be a good day because of nice feelings I have got from people around, sometimes it is when I have rested after hard work. Satisfaction every time is different.

A good day has no melt downs by the kids, all the chores dealt with, and at least one easy smile. A really good day would contain more... the special touch of a friend, a surprise from the world, a new flower caught growing in the garden. Simple things add so much to a good day.
