How do you know if you're going insane?

Do you question yourself? Im worried about myself, i think im mentally ill. I feel mentally ill sometimes.

Well they say if you where truly going insane you wouldn't know that you where insane. So if you feel like your going crazy you maybe more of a neurotic then a psychotic. Look into anxiety disorder.

I know but im different lol, sometimes i feel like i have a bipolar disorder (i think thats the one) or schizophrenia. I feel like theres two of me, well no, one of me and someone else inside me taking control of my thoughts and my mind. And after im done freaking out, i feel like ive gone insane.

You can talk to a doctor, nurse, or to other people, ie. online here, and discuss the way you feel and the reasons why you think you're going insane. But I think usually if people have the sense to question their sanity they are probably still sane, but its good to work out what the problem is exactly.

See a doctor or a therapist. Really. If you are worried about your mental health the best person to speak too is a professional.
