That was quick, wasn't it? I just posted a discussion about the problems that I have been experiencing on my computer for the last 2 days. We decided to just switch browsers and delete my computer account and just plain start over. No worries....this is a new computer and I had very little saved that was not in a shared file. Things couldn't be better!
This reminds me of the times when I have made doctors/dentists appointments only to find that the problem has now suddenly disappeared. Does this ever happen to you? Does your car stop making that horrible noise as soon as you schedule a repair?

Its good to hear that your back, no you weren't gone very long..lol. Sounds like you got your computer working again, and it didn't take much to fix it. Yeah, that always happens, my car will be making a noise and as soon as I take it to the shop it quits, or whenever I tell my husband about it and he gets in to listen and I can't hear it anymore, and of course he's a mechanic..lol.

Just glad to see you back sista! I was hoping it would not be long and you were quicker then I expected. I know what you mean, when I called the repairman for my dishwasher, it started working right before he knocked on the door.....lol

Yea, it was kinda funny. I was working in the library at church and I thought I had better use the computer there to post a discussion about what was happening with my computer and wouldn't you know it, the problem (that had been going on for a day and a half) was fixed a few hours later! That's the way it goes!
Thanks:)

Once you make the appointment with the doctor the problem goes away? That's funny. Although with my doctor it is perfectly reasonable that it would happen. It would take two weeks to get an appointment, and then the day of the appointment I would be well. I'd call to cancel, and then get charged a late fee for not calling and canceling with 24 hours notice.

Hi rocketj1! haha..I was not even aware that you had a problem my friend as I just got in this discussion 5 days late. I just thought that you were having a grand vacation somewhere as I am trying to catch up with so many lost time and so many email notifications in my inbox for the last 10 hours now, well not continuously of course. I still have a lot of things that should be done for the day and I am just trying to sneak in here as much as I can. Glad that everything is great now with your computer!
Take care and have a great day!

Hi rock,
I wish it was so easy for me. My Son tells me I may have to start over too but I have a lot more to worry about. How do you change browsers? What did you have before and what do you have now? I hate that this is taking so much time. Of course I'm no expert. Just a rookie trying to learn something. I'm happy for you rock.

Hi rocketj. Yes! that always seems to happen to me. Especially at the Dr's office. I have a lot of different pains and seems like everytime I go to the Dr, it doesn't hurt or I can't explain how it hurts and makes me feel like I'm making it up. The same with the car or something like that. I'll tell my hubby it's making a noise and when he checks it, it won't do it. Can be very aggrivating lol.

Since I usually do my own car repairs I have never had that happen. However I remember when I was a child I had twisted my foot and it was painful for several days. I kept complaining to my grandmother who finally gave in and took me to the hospital. However she said that there had better be something wrong with it since it was going to cost money to go to the hospital. I remember being scared because it wasn't hurting then quite as bad as it had been. Lucky for me an xray proved it had been broken.

That is always the way rocketj1. My car was making a rattling sound underneath everytime I hit the brakes. When I took it to the garage the man there said he could not hear it. I took him for a little drive and hit the breaks hard and he soon heard what I meant about the rattling noise. The anti roll bar had come loose and it took hours to fix it.
Glad your computer is fine now though and working well.

Nice to hear that!
Sometimes all it takes is looking at things differently to correct them.
Glad it worked for ya.
