I heard on the news this morning that she filled divorce paperwork against K-fed. I'm really glad actually! What do you guys think about it?

Its probably better for Britney, because he seems like a clueless, wild guy. But she's overdoing it too soon partying too much too soon with Paris and Lindsey. Britney has a custody fight to look forward to, and being a party girl doesn't look well for best interests of the children.

That is exactly what I was thinking! I saw all those pictures of her with Paris. Especially the um.. "no panty shots" I'm seeing pop up everywhere. I'm sure a judge isn't going to like that when he makes his choice.

I think so too. I don't know one person that liked him. And even people I know that don't like her, still wanted her to leave him. Good for her.

I knew it was going to happen I just didnt think it would be so soon after the birth of their second child. That surprised me.

what i think is even more surprising is.. they said that in june they had went and actually talked to divorce lawyers. she was still pregnant at that time!

Either love blinds people to whats wrong with someone or (and this is faaaarrr more likely) he's a slick talking snake that smoothed his way into her heart to get at her money and help his career. Anyone that leaves a wife and two kids, one just born, for a pop diva with multi-millions isnt thinking "This is my soul mate"

exactly! and now he's trying to get full custody of his and britneys kids. sounds fishy to me. you dont see him seeking full custody of his OTHER two kids!

i kinda feel bad for her... i remember when they first got together... and people where like what does she see in him??? well, if you looked at her, looking at him... there was your answer.... we will nevr know what she saw in him, but she saw something because her face justlit up around/about him. its sad that he took advantage of her... but then again, we dont know the true story and she coulda been crazy cat lady or something... either way, i feel bad for their two children....

It was bound to happen anyways. I really don't care though for I don't care about Britney Spears or her personal life. It's her life she can screw it up all she wants I won't care.

i feel happy and sad at the same time..happy coz i believe that britney deserves a better guy..i cannot really see a father or husband figure on that guy...sad..because i feel sorry for the kids..they have to suffer the consequences of living a life without a daddy due to that..also, if they see britney partying that hard during the time that they grow up..well, i wonder what they will become...
