Dear friends , where are you ?

I'm in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It's pretty, and can be totally interesting. There's always something to do - we have a great night life. We have movie theaters, malls, clubs, libraries, schools, restaurants, bars, pretty much everything and anything you could think of. We have great hiking/running trails, and our state boasts of being "The Land of 10,000 Lakes", although personally I've only seen a dozen or so of them. i am from Marikina Philippines. our city is clean that they call it Little Singapore. WE segregate our trash, the city mayor kept the campaign of clean lake and a lot of projects to make sure that children are at school. i am proud that i am from Marikina. I wish i can have a chance to go and see what Canada is. or maybehavea chance to work there too. I heard there are a lot of people from my country who works there.

I am from the United States Florida. I live in a small town in Florida close to Walt Disney World.

I am from Tarlac City, from the largest island of the Philippines which is Luzon. y country consists of 7000 plus islands so that explains our beautiful beaches and resorts. We have plenty of white sand beaches and we have a very rich culture. Plus, the warmth and hospitality of its people.

I am from Sumter, South Carolina. I have lived here almost all of my life. I really don't like being here. I would prefer to move to another city. Here there is really not much to do. Not unless there are festivals and concerts to go to. There are many people that live here, but it is just not much going on. It is very great to live here. There are some friendly people. My country is The United States Of America.

Hi, I am from Indonesia. I live in Bandar Lampung, the south part of Sumatera. To go to the capital city I have to catch a ferry from Bakauheni, the sea port for passengers. There are not many things so special in terms of tourism attraction. But my city is a quiet one, not too crowded as the capital city, Jakarta. The only one tourists' attraction is elephant training center. Come and visit me, you can email me. My city is worth visiting, I am sure.

I'm from Manila..not as beautiful as your city but our provinces remain it's culture. I want to be in other countries but the only place for me is the Philippines.

I'm in Athens Ga. We had the Olympics here years ago. I have to say though Athens is not my favorite place. If I a to pick a place to live here in the states I would go back to my hometown Signal Mtn TN. Signal Mtn. was a wonderful place to grow up.

I came from China. Ours is a great socially country. We all love her very much!

I am from China where held the greatest Olympic this summer vocation.My hometown HangZhou is a metropolitan city which is located in south of China.HangZhou is famous for its West Lake.Furthermore,it is also has a lot of interesting places such as LinYing Temple and LeiFeng Towel.Every year millions of tourists come to my hometown in order to hsve a good view of the beautiful scenery and enjoy numerous chinese tradditional dishes.If you are much interested in China,I am glad to be your tour guide.

Hi greenline, I live about 15 minutes southeast of Philadelphia, PA, which is on the East Coast of the United State of America. Although I don't particularly care for the weather, there is a lot of diversity and history in the area where I live. This area is the home of the first ever United State White house, it's where our Constitution was drafted, the Declaration Of Independence was written and signed hre, it's home to the Liberty Bell, it's where George Washington had his headquarters during the Revolutionary War, and near the area where the War turned to our favor. We are home to the first US Mint where our money is made, home of Betsy Ross House where our first Flag was made, home of the first ever Firehouse, Library, and Zoo. The list goes on and on. The area is full of sports fans of every kind. Our Arena football team won a championship last year, our baseball team won the World Series last season, our football team made the playoffs this season, our basketball team is currently in 7th place in the Eastern Conference, we have a minor league hockey team, and our professional hockey is currently in second place in our division, not to mention our soccer and in door lacrosse teams are playing right now. We are home to numerous museums, the best known being the Philadelphia Museum of Art, we are home to best Childrens Hospital in the Nation, as well as home to numerous five star restaurants, a city that supports the arts from education to music, and movie making. We are famous for our Philadelphia Cheese Steaks, Soft Pretzels, Cheese Fries, and I can't leave out, home of the real Hoagies (not subs,) with the most famous and best rolls, Amoroso's. But, like a lot of places the problems of society brings a dark cloud over the area which tends to scare people away. I can say that the media tends to sensationlize everything, making things much worse then they really are. Most people only hear the bad things about Philadelphia, but as I've listed here, we have many places and things to see, do, and learn about the history of our Homeland, the good old U. S. of A.

I am from Alexandria, Egypt. and although Egypt is known with it's Pharaoh momentous Alexandria doesn't contain any. but it's a coastal city and the 2nd Largest City in Egypt after the Capitol Cairo. I Love my City because People are friendly and it's safe, and we have the Library of Alexandria.
