Earning in Ciao is still good...

Well, it's true... i already reached three payouts... got the first one last month... waiting for the second to be sent to my paypal... and i just requested my third payout... and this is despite the fact that they removed the .25 cent pay for every review written...
For the month of January... i only wrote two reviews... and another two this February... but i still managed to reach payout... i guess i still earn everytime someone rates my old reviews... and there are very nice members who will get out of their way to give honest ratings and encourage others to earn and be good in writing reviews...
Eventhough there are still those who resort to cheating like having more than one account, plagiarism, vengence rating... i am very confident that those people will eventually be banned because a lot of members are trying their best to police the site...
So right now... Mylot is my favorite site... and ciao second... please share your experiences in ciao... whether negative or positive..

Well, it took me a long time before i wrote my very first review... and after that... i started seaching the site for products that i actually own... like cell phone, cd's, perfume, and office equipment... so with that... i was able to write 21 reviews... so not bad at all...

Hello Aseretdd....unfortunately I have not tried Ciao so far even though I keep hearing about it in mylot.When ever I am online I do some emailing and chatting and mylotting.I never venture beyond that because either I am short of time or I start getting bored using the net......So I ma not able to furnish you any comments on this topic.....

It took me a while to join ciao... that is why when i finally did... i did not get to enjoy to high pay they gave in the past... but then i started enjoying it like i do here in mylot... it is always nice to do new things here in the internet...

i'm not a member of ciao and i never actually try it before... but i had heard many people say good things about that site... so i might give it a try and see whether i can earn some money from there too... take care and have a nice day...

This is so nice! I am very disappointed that USD0.25 for per review is gone. So I am not very active after that. Perhaps I wrote about few reviews after this new rule. In fact I need about USD0.36 to get the minimum payout. I wish I could have much luck and people rate my reviews helpful:)

Interesting that they are still paying at ciao. I missed the gold rush when they were paying a dollar a review and everyone was flooding the place with any old crap just to get the money. I thought most everyone stopped going there when the money ran out.

I did not enjoy the so called gold rush because i joined when they were about to remove the pay per review... but it is still a good site to earn a few bucks... i am not 100% active... but i was still able to reach payout...

Ciao used to be the best site out there for reviewing products. They used to give you $1.00 for each review, no matter how good or bad. Then, a few months later, they changed it to $0.25 for any review and a few months ago, they introduced a fund saying that only the best reviews would get paid from the voting of other people. I don't think that it is worth writing reviews for Ciao because now there is a chance you would get nothing for your hard work.

I also thought that will happen... but two months after they removed the pay per review... i am still able to earn through the ratings... eventhough i only write one review every few weeks... but this pay scheme did discourage a lot of good writers...

I think it is good site. Also if your friends and other members reguklarly rate your reviews, you will earn more. But anyway that .25 $ would have been better. I am also awaiting my payout for January.But I am fed up why each day i get many messages from others to rate their reviews. Also message like, give and take. what a nuisance.

I started deleting friends who send spam messages... since like you said... they can be very annoying... i think i already deleted about 10 of them... i also do not add members whose ratings received is far more than the ratings they have given...

I am very slow at understanding other sites except myLot. I think right now, I only want to be here. But, it is not impossible for me to join other sites if they are proved alright. Until now, I have yet to check on this site that you mentioned here. Maybe I should have a look . Who knows I am interested to join later

Well, it took me quite a while to understand ciao... maybe that is because i am so used to the set up here in mylot... but in the long run... i found out that ciao is quite easy to maneuver... if you have time... for sure you will like it to...

I've been writing at ciao since October and I'm happily earning at this site. Ciao is a good place to make money.I'm not good at this craft but ciao gives me that opportunity to improve my writing skills.I also got a chance to meet people from elsewhere. There are a lot of good writers at ciao, but sad to say, cheaters are also sprouting. But recently, ciao has been blocking account of these cheaters without warning..I guess all I can say is that write at heart.write only what you actually experience.,ciao people are mainly product consumers as well just as we do.although some people are naturally gifted writer, but when you actually experience using a particular product, you have much to say. Don't be afraid to share your thoughts people will see that and you'll be rewarded accordingly.

There are a lot of good writers there... some arrogant and some humble... but i like them as long as they are honest and fair... it is nice that you have been earning steadily at ciao... i just hope all cheaters will eventually get banned...

Ciao is still really a good paying site.If you would really find time to write reviews and rate other users reviews,you will definitely earn. You will even earn alot faster compared here in mylot. It sjust a matter of hardwork since the amount you will be getting for every review you will be making is not the same it was months ago. but still the site is genuine, real and paying so its worth spending time with. Hope to see some of your reviews in that site so I could rate some of them.

Well i heard about ciao from mylot members and i joined that site too but i think the work is somewhat of technical nature.They want reviews for products and other stuff and i am not sure how to go about it.
Well after reading your discussion i am encouraged to use ciao for online money making.I will carefully read its FAQ .
Mylot is the best site and it is my favorite site also.

The site can be a little confusing at first... but when you get the hang of it... then it is quite easy to maneuver... it is almost the same here in mylot... there should be give and take among members so that everyone will earn...
