I am 2nd month pregnant and this is my first pregnancy. So I am a little worried what has to be done and what not to be done. Can somebody advise or give some tips for a normal delivery. Because nowadays it seems to be too many complications for delivery cases and that makes me more tensed.

Congratulations on your pregnancy. It is an exciting time but many people tend to talk about difficult births. I have had two home births. My first labor lasted eight hours and I used a water pool for pain relief. I got a little gas and air. The pushing stage took me twenty minutes. Then my dear son was born and he weighed 9lb and 4oz. I found relaxing and breathing techniques really helped me. My second labor only lasted two and a half hours. Out of that I had just twenty minutes strong pain. My water pool didn't fill in time and I had the birth without any pain relief. I didn't need to push at all and my dear second son was born so easily. I liked going to a class that taught me about the having a happy birthing experience. Good luck.

let your husband or partner do the research for you as to how to take care of your pregnancy...he could research it over the internet and read books or why not consult a doctor of your own..it is right to have a doctor of your own..allright!

The best advice you can get would be from your doctor. There are also many books and web sites on the subject that are very helpful. Please be careful when taking advice from anyone. Good luck with your pregnancy!

The first thing you should do is not stress. Stress is not a good thing as it could affect your blood pressure. Be careful about any over the counter meds you may take. And be sure to do what your dr. says. Let us know if you have any specific questions that we could help with. Hope all goes well and congrats on the pregnancy.
