Do you feel sleepy? Most people suggest that you drink a cup of coffee. The caffeine content of coffee helps people to stay awake. Aside from that, it is also an antioxidant. Can you last a day without a cup of coffee? Why do you drink coffee? Are you aware of the benefits and disadvantages of drinking coffee? How seldom do you drink coffee?
In my part, I don't drink coffee on a regular basis. But if someone will invite me to a coffee shop, then surely I will say yes. Laughing out loud!

I just can't get going without my cup of coffee in the morning. I limit myself to one or two cups a day but every once in a while I just have to get my Starbucks fix! I tried once to stop drinking it and I had such a horrible headache from the caffeine withdrawals that even aspirin didn't help me with. At night, I like a nice hot cup of green tea.

i love coffee and i surely will not survive without drinking coffee everyday. i tried cutting down because i was told that coffee can also be bad for the health when taken in excess. unfortunately i just can't keep away from coffee.

I really don't drink coffee that much anymore. I used to be, but since I got really sick last summer, I lost my taste for coffee. Now, I'd have to say that I drink tea more than coffee. I've had a few cups of coffee, but it's extremely rare.

I love to drink coffee. I am kind of weird about it though. If there is no coffee made, I don't think about drinking any. Yet, if there is a pot of coffee brewing in the house then I just keep drinking until I have made myself sick! Well, not really :) But I do tend to keep drinking cup after cup after cup. Coffee doesn't really keep me awake, but it does keep me energized.
I have had to slack off of the marathon drinking lately because I have had constant headaches and a theory was put forth from my doctor that I was going through a withdrawal from NOT drinking the coffee. Ironically, it seemed he was right. Whenever I drank the coffee I would feel fine. But if I went a day or so without it the headaches would spring back up, go figure.
Anyway, I do love to drink coffee, but not unless there is already some made :)
