I highly recommend that first you read the manual.
Then go to youtube.com and do a search : how to install motherboard
You will be able to see videos on how people do it.
GOOD LUCK.

-open up the mainboard box ... Place the mainboard flat against a surface of a thick news paper.
-Always take precaution on static electricity . within 15 min or so ..touch your PC casing or any metal piece to release static electricity.
-Now mount your ram,processor.
-Mount your mainboard to the casing.Be really careful and gentle.Screw it thightly.
-Plug in the power to the mainboard.Attach the reset/on-off cable properly,Led cable for power, led cable for activity and the mainboard speaker switch.
-Power to see whether the hardware is properly installed..If hardware is not properly installed it will probably beep or won't boot.
-If it won't boot most of the time is ram not installed properly.
-Now after confirming the hardware is installed properly .Now is time to install the add on.DVD drives,Hard disk, networks cards, add onpc cards,Graphic cards, sound cards and etc.
-after mounted all the hardware now you pc is ready to install OS(operating system)
-Get all your hardware driver handy/when u install your operating system
-There a few selection for operating system -Windows XP sp3,VISTA,Linux.So pick your choice.
That's a bit of experience I had!
Let me know Whether is works for you : )
