fren45 possible if you are using the external 3.5" hard drive .. 1st..your power brick is faulty! 2nd...Your external board is fried to verify this ..try to plug your hdd directly to a Pc and retry ..

How to recover XP in a system which has two operating systems in it?

fren45 I Believe that you use Norton ghost to backup the server partition first(just incase something happen)and you use you XP cd to repair the Xp partition .

fren45 You should get a ECS AMD 780G chipset series/AM2/AM2+/with ATI 3200 graphic HDMI(video/audio) output. This pupy will take HD content for Breakfast and Is pretty Cheap to .. Around $60 also.. I would pick this rather the Asus board.

fren45 Tried the pendrive on another machine to see whether it detects ..If If does not detects try to clean the copper contacts with alcohol solution and cotton buds./

fren45 You need to know what kind of virus infected your Pc and boot it under using Live linux CD to deleted the Virus File.
