I have a friend who never gets a hangover after having heaps of alcoholic drink in previous night. She even mixes all drinks together like vodka + rum + wine + beer. She is clear in the morning, ready to go! For me, I am having a terrible next day after drinking too much alcohol. Luckily I can't drink anymore because I am pregnant so no crazy head breaking mornings for me these days

Well is really common to get a hangover after a very hard session of drinking ... So is always a best practice to get lots of fruit and fluids after a drinking session.

I used to when I tried drinking many bottles. But I stop doing it. When I drink on an occasional basis, I only drink few bottles. Enough for me to contend.

I used to drink Gin and grapefruit juice and never had a hangover. Somebody just don't have hangovers. Something in their make up. Or they go about it right. Not sure. I drink Canadian Mist and I do have a bit of a hangover but not like I used to in my younger years.

I almost always get a hang over if I have too much to drink and I don't take the time to drink a lot of water before I fall asleep. My husband has never had a hangover a day in his life, not even on his 18th birthday when he almost drank himself to the point of passing out in the bathroom,LOL. I think that one of the reasons that he doesn't get hangovers is because he drinks more water than anyone I have ever known,LOL. There is something about rehydrating with water that helps to prevent that horrible pounding in your head the next day. I have tried it and believe it or not it does work.
