Ok, given the current situation, i believe everyone should know that the number of patient awaiting for an organ transplant have been increasing within these years. Organs such as heart, liver, lung are the major organs required to save these patients life. However, the topic here is that should we legalize the sales of human organs to save people?
Personally, i believe that we shouldn't legalize the sales of human organs. What is the cost of selling a human organ? I believe it's going to be hefty.. so are we only saving rich patients life?
What if legalizing the sales of human organs attract crimes? Such as theft on just-dead bodies? Murder of humans for their organs? Would organ merchants cheats on healthy victims?
I believe that putting a price on human organs only invites crimes..
What do you think? =)

I agree, It should NOT be legalized, It would be yet another way the GNP of the nation would go up, and yet Life quality would go down. I think many people would be harmed for their organs, and only the very rich would have their lives saved, except in the case of donors for specific people.

I believe the number of donors will drastically dropped if the sales is legalized. who would donate for free, compare to a sum of $ received? Admit this, this is human..

I don't think that it should be legalized. Can you imagine the black market that would pop up if they did choose to legalize sales of human organs!? There is so much to be considered when somebody is waiting for a transplant. They have to match blood types, tissue types and many other things. I believe that the prospect of getting wads of money for selling human organs would lead to more murder just to reap the monetary rewards from selling an organ. I have to agree with you, it would only be inviting more crime. There would be even more mayhem in the world!

I agreed with you, several factors would have to be considered, such as blood type, tissue types, compatibility, etc..
Which if the legalization of sales of human organs would just mean organ merchants would stoop down to "methods" we wouldn't like to know getting the deal done, posing dangers not only to organs sellers as well to those waiting for the organs..

Of course, yes...should never ever be legalised, the crimes around the world already are soring higher and higher, this would defntly end up people killing other people to sell their organs and earn money that way, finally the world population will return to Adam and Eve

I definitley see your point. This is a very tricky situation and i'm not really sure if there is an absolute answer. I think that selling organs would get more to people to donate theirs, but I also do not want it to be something for just the rich. I think that things are fine the way they are. But if you really want an organ money wouldn't be too bad of an idea.

Yes, you are right in the sense that people will be saved, but i can forsee that people will be harmed as well..
Whenever there is a transaction or sales going on, you can surely see that the rich will be in control of this market.. .
