Do you tell everyone in your contact list if you change your phone number!

For me it's a need to know basis, do my contacts really need to know my new number, if they haven't bothered with me or I haven't heard from them for a long time then no they don't, but thankfully that is not the case and all my friends, my true friends and contacts keep in touch so I will inform them of a change of number, thankfully also it's not too often, it's such a pain and aggravation when you change things isn't it, having to tell every one!

Yes,,to almost every one in my contacts.!! But there are exception like my ex-girlfriend,,whose number will be there in my contacts list but i would not dare to send her a message of my number being updated..!!lol

No I would not tell everyone in my contact list. I would only tell family and only a few friends who I do talk to on the phone some times.

no i usually don't. and the only reason i change numbers is when my phone gets stolen. so i actually don't have a choice since i don't remember everyone's numbers. but even if i do, i don't think i'd give it to people i'd rather not be in contact with..

yeah I try to tell the most important ppl first n then i try to eamail the rest of theppl n i only did it once n it was a lil cumbersome i hope u go thru it easy happy lottin and have a nice day

Hi, I will inform all my friends and relatives, if i change my phone number. It has become part of common understanding in modern life. What if you friend has changed his number but does not tell you? If we think in others' perspective, we will not forget the notification. Notice of new address and contact means has become popular not only for business but also for personal purposes.

Hi hiddenwing! I guess I would tell most of the people that I wanted to tell in my contact list if I changed my phone number! But, I have had the same home phone number for many years now! I don't plan on changing it either! I don't give my cell phone number out to everyone. I only give it to my close friends who might need to contact me if we are going to be meeting or if they might need me for something important and they can't reach me at home.

Nope, I don't tell everyone! Some of people in my contact list are no longer that necessary for me to get in touch with! So...
