Some time ago I discovered a book that showed me how to loose weight to drink water. I am pretty lazy girl and sometimes I dont have time to do my exercises, so I thought to give it a try and So far I have loose 2 kg in 30 days...it is easy and works. In this book You discover many other ways to stay fit:) Biggest bonus is that you can sell it what ever prize you want..

Water is a wonderful thing, but it can be done in excess. Too much water can overload your body and you end up peeing out too many nutrients. Sure, you loose weight quickly because you're essentially getting rid of water, salt, etc.
You still need to exercise, and you do need to eat a well-balanced diet. If you are doing a "water fast" then appropriate considerations need to be made. You'll need to be on a multi vitamin to make up for what you are not getting. You'll also want to do some sort of bowel/rectum cleanse to get rid of any build up.
Just take precautions with any weight loss fad diet. It's better just to go with balance then think you can get through life by "not" doing something.

losing water weight is not a good way to loose weight.
As best practice to loose weight is
-Detoxify you body/Eat natural and organic food/Avoid too much meat/encourage for a balance diet.
-Exercise and build up the muscle mass/With muscle mass, your body has higher metabolic rate.thus weight loss and body is fit
-Continuous light exercise for a long period of time ..you can sustain higher gradual weight loss.

Congratulation to you..Interesting to hear that. l do have a friend, who also drink water to lose weight. But, through my friend experience, she gets water retention problem. Her doctor had advice her to exercise a bit, to keep her body water volume balance.
