hello,my lotters, what will you do if your boss doesn't keep his promise. What he does now is different with what he said at my first interviewing. And now i look down upon him gradually, because he not only doesn't keep his promise to employees, but also he cheats my customers. The products quantity he sent to my customer in each pack are all lack of 1-2 pieces even he made different color of the products in one pack, and our customer only need white color. He really is insufferable and such inreliable.Do the business men all the same like him ?Or do you have such boss or meet such kind of business men ?

If your boss want set up business relation and build a long-term co-operation with the customers ,he must honest trade. He will lose all his business if he still play tricks and cheat the custmosers.I haven't met such a boss.

hi nancy!
well it really depends on the situation. there may be times when i will stick it out in the company, and would try to understand why he didn't keep his promise. i would just try to stay faithful. but it depends on the situation and the reason. it might be that he is just deceitful. so if that is the case, then i will not tolerate it. i will probably ask him, and if he still doesn't deliver, then i guess it is time to find another job. no use supporting him when he can't even stand up to his word to me .
take care and God bles syou!
happy mylotting!

thanks for your advice and suggestions,i think he is just deceitful espicially on new graduated students or new employees.Maybe he thoughts students are honest when they first enter the society and begin to work.
Anyway,i will take a look at the situation and then make a decision
