sammi841018 I really agree with you. It's true that if we eat slowly and chew the food for 32 times per mouth, that we will feel few sense of hungry. This is I learnt from the TV. And I practise it, it really work.

sammi841018 Likewise. This is not only a word and also a short sentence. I learnt it in my university. If someone is greeting you with "Nice to meet you", you can respond him with "Likewise" besides "Me too" or "Nice to meet you, too".
