Do you have breakfast in the morning ?

There is a saying that a year's plan starts with the spring,and an hour in the morning is worth two in the evening,meanwhile,according the survey report,many people don't have breakfast in the morning because of the hurry time or habits or if someone want to lose weight.But it's bad for stamach and health,and it may cause many kinds of diseases just due to have no breakfast.Do you know this ?What about you,mylotters ? Do you have breakfast in the morning ? And what do you usually have ?Let's have a sharing together.^_^

Hi Nancy, as far as I know breakfast is the most important meal in our daily life. I definitely would have my breakfast no matter how busy I am. I prefer to skip the other two meals of course not breakfast. I must have enough healthy and nutritious foods like milk, egg, oats and etc for my breakfast to provide me sufficient energy and strength so that I would feel more energetic to start a brand new day. energetic.
I don’t think skipping breakfast is the suitable way to lose weight, as breakfast is just like to fill gasoline to a vehicle before leaving for its destination. We could try to lose our weight by taking excessive sweet and fatty foods, eat more vegetables and fruits, as well as to have regular physical exercise all the time.

I do hope I could have the other two meals more regular but very often I couldn’t, for ... my husband always likes me to accompany him to take evening tea before 5 pm at either the nearby café or food court. There are lots of delicious desserts as well as the aromatic hot coffee available there, so most of the time I would skip my dinner. But my husband still has his dinner as usual at 8.30 or so. It’s rather strange that his weight won’t go up though he takes excessive food frequently.
Thanks for liking my compare of filling gas to having meal. I hope you take the 3 meals regularly to keep yourself healthy.

wow,you are indeed have enough healthy and nutritious foods,but i think if your three meals in a day is more regular,that will be more better.
And i like the sample you gave us,it's very interesting.Breakfast to stomach just like fill gasoline to a vehicle.Great.^_^

I love breakfast, well correction I love food! just last night we
had a taste of the town where you can sample all kinds of foods, so
awesome to experience different foods from other countries.
Well I feel breakfast is the most important meal of the day, to jump
start your day and get your metabolism rolling, plus it's been known
that it also helps with your brain power the first of your day and we
all need that right.
I love to eat a big breakfast if I can most mornings especially if I
know I'm going to have a day on the run and may not eat another meal for
4-6 hours. I'm up usually 2.am to start my day then I'm usually really
hungry around 6am by then dying to eat to knock off the hunger pangs. I
really like to eat within the first hour in half of being up thoe especially
after my morning walk/jog/walk. I mostly from home eat ommelette, toast and if
i'm really hungry I may add cottage cheese or grits or oatmeal.
Or I may eat yes panacakes or waffles and single egg. If I go to IHop I'm in
hog heaven then work harder later.

well I get up super early to work, yes I'm sleep deprived.
but not always by choice and sometimes kicking and screaming.
Yes I do eat a good breakfast mostly every morning.

Yes, I do breakfast every morning. But quantity of breakfast offcourse different.
When i am hurry for going office and not had inuf time for breakfast then i do small quantity of breakfast. In same way when i have good time for breakfast then i eat lot.
Breakfast is necessary for our health, because whole night around eight hours our stomach is running empty, so it is necessary to serve breakfast to our stomach in morning. Otherwise in future is get problems of Accidity, weakness etc.
So if someone ask tht Breakfast is necessary - I simply told that Breakfast is very very necessary for our Health.

I like have a big breakfast. It gives you energy and keeps you going till lunch time. I like to cook , eggs, fried potatos , bacon , french toast and pancakes
I think breakfast is the most important meal of th day

Hello Nancy,
I know this and sure i have breakfast everytime except Sunday cause i wanna get up later so the breakfast will be passed.o(n_n)o...
Even thouth i know the breakfast is very important for a person, i think my breakfast is not good for my health and i will try my best to change this diet.

When I was a kid breakfast was my best meal of the day, then as I started to get older, I started skipping it due to the fact that it would always make me feel sluggish and tired. But now I am back to eating something within a hour or so of getting up, even if it's just a bagel. I also find that when I do eat breakfast, I tend to get hungry more often, whereas before when I wouldn't, I would go almost an entire day without eating before I even realized it. Kind of weird huh?!?
But for the most part I tend to eat mini meals throughout the whole day and everyone gives me a hard time over it because I'm so skinny and all I do is eat. LOL!

Haha,he is so humorous.And my father recon that even if i eat too much,i will not be a little fatter. So he always says that to feed be is not so good as to feed a little pig.Because little pig will grow fatter after people feeding.But no matter how much i eat,there is no use .^_^ Then everytime when he sees i eat too much,he always jokes me that i'm wasting the foods,and nobody knows where are the foods'nutritions grow.^_^

having breakfast is very important for our body to function well. yeah, it's true that skipping breakfast will cause illnesses. Better to eat breakfast and have little food intake afterwards if one thinkds of dieting.

I have to have breakfast in the morning, for some reason I wake up really hungery and if I don't eat something I can not really function very well. I have different things all the time. Sometimes I will have scrambled eggs with peppers and oninos and 1 slice of American cheese, sometimes I will have cereal, sometimes the healthy stuff sometimes the sweet stuff. Sometimes I will just have some toast with butter and jelly, and sometimes I will have some cottage cheese and pineapple.

They say that the best thing for your health, is to eat a hearthy bteakfast, a medium lunch, and very little for the dinner.
I tried to listen, but I find it very hard to eat in the morning.
My body did not do any action, it's fresh, ready to start.I'm not hungry.Later on, around noon, I feel hungry and eat a little bit.I work, have no break, so my eating time is limited.
And in the evening, coming home, and very hungry, I eat(of course), my main meal.That's really not healthy, but that's my life for now...

yes i had breakfast this morning, my husband make me breakfast its a pancake, bacon and egg, with orange juice. i dont eat breakfast all the time, mostly i eat breakfast during weekends, as i only drink coffe in the morning with biscuit and thats it,

ooops...if you eat something even a little food in the first morning ,then gradually you will used to eating in the morning,and try to squeeze a little time for breakfast or you can take along with some snacks or biscuits,you will feel good after long time taking breakfast.^_^

I must have breakfast. I dont konw why I would feel blue without the breakfast.I heard that it is not good for keeping fit and health also. No matter how, I think breakfast is very important for our humanbeings.

i don't usually eat breakfast simply because I'm not hungry..and by the time I wake up it's around lunch time.. However I'm hungry now so I MAY eat something.. hmm..
I usually eat cereal in the morning when I do wake up on time to eat. I like my cereal..and sometimes my boyfriend makes me french toast. :)

hi nancy, i do have breakfast in the morning, i never skip my breakfast, i do skip lunch most of the time, almost all the days, i never have lunch but breakfast i do have it regularly, if not i feel very irritated and more over easily get headaches, so to avoid all that i have a heavy breakfast and light dinner. and no lunch . out of 30 days in a month, i have lunch hardly for four or five days, other days i jst have heavy breakfast say about 3 break pieces, something in 2 or 3 quantity atleast instead of one.

I am one of those people that always seems to be in a hurry and half the time I don't have time to eat anything in the morning. I try to have a piece of toast and cheese in the morning when I feed my girls, but it's definately not a daily thing. I can honestly believe when someone says that breakfast is an important meal and that it gives you energy. The reason that I say that is because I always feel better after eating a ligh breakfast. I try to eat as often as I can in the mornings but as I said it can be a really big challange. I do make sure that I eat lunch although I do have a bad habbit of forgetting that too. I guess I am just one of those people that doesn't always do what is good for you.

hello there,...we always have breakfast in the morning....in fact mom wouldn't allow us out without have breakfast.....
i just don't know how people manage with out having breakfasts.....for me, its part my my daily schedule,...i don't thing had ever skipped a breakfast..

I often have breakfast I tend to have porridge oats because they are slow release of engergy and I don't usually feel hungry until around 1pm. They are great and warming on a cold fresh morning.

most of the people don't have breakfast because to lose weight r they don't have much time to eat. these is very bad thing. we must have at least light food. i will do breakfast daily. in any case there is no time then i will try to take at least biscuits r bread. if we neglect this this will cause harmful to the health.
