I'm having a hard time learning too many things all at once at work right now - where there's no such thing as "I don't know how to do this"; it's either you know it and you get on with it, or you don't and you learn it as fast as you can - that's what's expected of programmers.
So to get rid of some of the stress, my boyfriend gave me Cadbury Fruit & Nut, which is totally bad for my diet. I eat a piece or two when I feel stuck and hope that the sudden rush of sugar and fat will boost my brains enough to keep me studying :D
What's your break time pleasure?
What do you do/eat to keep you working?

I hope you feel better soon. And that your able to take control of your hetic life. I myself like cadbury chocolate to. I like the dairy milk ones the best. I also like the carmelish toffee ones. I have never tried the other bars like the fruit and nut one. I will have to consider trying the others soon.

Chocolates are indeed good for you if taken in moderation. So I guess a bite or two of it would really help. The problem lies when you become somewhat addicted to it then that would be very bad for you in the long run. Cadbury is one of my fave chocolates since my mom introduced me to that. I especially loved Fruits and Nuts variety of all of Cadbury's chocolates. So I envy you that you have that with you it makes my mind wander around telling me to buy one too.

I like drinking a glass of honey tea and most of the time I choose to listen to the light music by wearing my walkman.
Stress is a common thing in our working time, maybe a hot bath will help us to relax.
