do you eat breakfast or you skip it?

me, honestly, i dont eat breakfast specially early morning because i dont like it.. just only coffee.. i skip eating breakfast most of the time, but when i feel hungry like 9am in the morning i will eat.. i know that breakfast is the most important meal for the day.. what about you friends, do you eat breakfast of you skip it? thanks for the response and happy mylotting...

I've never been a fan of breakfast. They say it's the most important meal of the day, but I find that I have never felt like eating first thing in the morning.
That said, I also find that if I don't eat something I'll get a really bad headache by early afternoon and will feel terrible all-round.
So most mornings I force myself to have something, even if it's not that much. Lke this morning I only had a tub of soy youghurt, which was disgusting.... but it was food.

I always eat my breakfast..!!!
Mostly because in morning I am hungry like lion..
But it is necessary to have your breakfast because you are eating food right after 8 hours, that is while we were sleeping.
And as body does a lot work at night only.
While we are sleeping our body works double than it does in day.
So our body genuinely needs energy in morning after all the work it did at night.
And if you don't eat your breakfast then you feel hungry later and because of that you will end up eating more and this supports gaining EXTRA weight!!
It also leaves us happy in morning.
So stay fit and always eat your breakfast.

I always eat breakfast. I make it a point to eat my carbs in the morning so that I will still have enough time to burn most of the calories that go with my food. Eating breakfast is not only healthy, it also help you keep your weight within the idea range. If you do not eat breakfast, you tend to eat in between meals and the worst part of it is that most of the things that you eat in between meals are loaded with carbs and fats.

^5 there, i don't eat breakfast too. that is excluding the cup of coffee i drink without fail. i can't do anything if i don't get my coffee. i only start to feel hungry about four hours after i wake up.
on another note, the 'breakfast is the most important meal' part. i really don't understand what the hype is all about. most people i know who eats breakfast also have problem keeping their weight down. conversely, people who don't eat breakfast rarely have a weight problem. this is true for people around me, though i'm not sure if it applies elsewhere.

I know that it is proven that eating three meals a day (or six small ones) is better for you health and to help keep weight down as you age. BUT, I skip breakfast too. I got into the habit in high school, when I was always in a rush to get ready and out the door to catch my ride to school and it kind of carried over. I have gotten back into the habit now that I have children, but when I am home alone, I don't have breakfast. Or even when I make breakfast for kids and get them off to school, I often skip mine.

I don't eat breakfast early, Sometimes I will eat breakfast at 10:00 or 11:00,some times in the evening. I don't eat breakfast every day.

Hi Cherriemae, I do try to eat breakfast as possible when I am working as I need it. When there is not my working days, I will skip it sometimes because when I wake up there's already afternoon, it time to eat lunch.

I never eat breakfast Unless we have breakfast for dinner! It takes me until around lunch to even consider food!

I used to skip breakfast all the time and just drink coffee. However I am up 2 or 3 hours earlier now than I have ever gotten up before work because I now get my partner up for work also. If I want to use the computer before I go to work I have to get up early because he likes to do the same thing as I do. Use the computer while he's having his first cups of coffee in the morning. I generally have 2 or 3 cups of coffee now and then eat breakfast after I get my partner up for work. I've also found that by eating breakfast I have more energy at work and don't get run down half ways through the morning shift.

Yeah! Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and skipping it is a big mistake. Awww...T_T
I always skip it because I always woke up late and even if I have morning classes, I still can't eat my breakfast because I prepare myself for about 1-2 hours. Too busy. Hehehhe..

I used to skip breakfast. I do not have habit of eating breakfast, especially just after I wake up in the early morning, I just did not have appetite to eat anything in the morning. Sometimes I'd just take a glass of milk or a cup of coffee. Recent years, I started to have breakfast, though I still couldn't eat anything after I just woke up, I usually prepare some sandwiches and eat them when I reach the office.

I regularly eat my breakfast as i get up early in the morning i feel much hunger for my breakfast. I dont feel much hunger for my other day meals. This is really soo unhealthy to skip breakfast. This habit has a long term side effects they will change your body structure for such lifestyle and in your old days you will face health problems. Try to change your lifestyle of eating.

i dont like to eat anything early in the morning too..but i usually do eat something before i go out of the house to go to work. if not i'll be super hungry when i reach work and won't feel too good.

i have a (bad i guess) habit of snacking, so i always have my breakfast. i'm so used to it that if i miss it, i feel like eating something no matter what later on before lunch. even after lunch, i have to have some snacks like maybe 2 or 3 times. but it's not as if i eat junk food for breakfast when i say snacking. i eat some slices of bread and butter or drink milo and all.

taking breakfast is essential.i take daily.i will drink one glass of milk and aftersome time i take breakfast.i wont skip and if it is the favourite tiffin then without any hesitation i take.
