Whether it be at a bus stop waiting an aeon for the 73, or waiting at the doctor's surgery, thumbing through countless old magazines, waiting to be called, our lives often seem to grind to a halt and all of a sudden we're acutely aware of the passage of time. Time seems to draaaaag and the hands on the clock hardly appear to move at all. We often say that we have 'time on our hands'. Well, if time is in our hands, how do we spent or pass our time..? Please let me know about it here....
Thanks Happy lotting.

i bring a book. or i listen to music or bring a small notebook and a pen. i can also play the games on my cellphone. but when waiting for the doctor... some clinics and hospital has tv on the waiting area so i dont think that it will be dragging if waiting for your turn. but the most important is you bring the thingsthat will keep you entertained.

Waiting in line at the checkout in the grocery store, stopped in traffic for road construction or an accident, being on time for any appointment and having to wait- these are a few of my favorite things - NOT! I am not a good "waiter", and all of these annoying events drive me crazy! To mimimize the irritation, I try to have a book with me at all times. Reading takes a lot of the frustration out of the wait.
