It seems like most people have good ideas about how to be healthy, but do we do those things. It's easy to say exercise daily, eat right, and don't smoke. It is the doing that is hard! I guess that is part of life--trying to do what is right for our health.

It's difficult to add to the list already compiled, but I do the following to stay young:
Meditate twice a day
Journal daily
Get regular sleep
Exercise regularly
Eat balanced foods
Eat organic/non processed foods
Laugh (A lot)
Stay positive and live in the moment
Treat myself every two weeks to something special
Take care of my skin daily
Enjoy the small things (nothing is trivial)
Communicate with others (friends are a valuable part of life)
Convene with the Divine daily
Enjoy myself

I think exercise, eating right and not smoking are a good habit to stay healthy. And try to be humble and positive all the time. This is good for out mental. Laughter is also a good way to stay healthy.

well,
actually I never prefer to tell anyone how I keep myself healthy,
ok ok I'll tell you
first every morning I take a long walk
after that I have my breakfast
but the most important I don't eat oily foodstuff even though it would be my favorite food,
for eg. like potato chips, I love them but I don't eat them to keep myself healthy.
Lastly I don't prefer eating cheesy or butter foodstuff.

I eat simple foods as much as I can. I get up and move around often. I try to keep my emotions in check (meaning not too many highs and lows) Meditation helps keep me healthy.
But the very most important thing I do is SMILE! I enjoy the little things in life and smile.

to live longer we must be healthier n be good to others. To stay healthy we should have good food n exercise daily. maintain good food habits n maintain good timings.
