I am using FlashGet. I think that it is very good because it can support Bit Torrent and Emule. It can also divide a download into parts and download it simultaneously. The best of FlashGet is that it is Free.
So, I think that it is the best.
What download manager are you using? Which is the best?

I use limewire, and sometimes ares. they are both very good and sometimes will return different results. I just use whatever returns the results i want. however if i am looking for movies or games, i use azureus, which is a torrent downloader.

Now i use "Thunder" in China, I think it is good for me. It can also check the virus before loading the files.

Orbit.
Orbit is the best download manager, i have used this program for 2 years and onething i enjoy about orbit is that it can continue its download even after system restart, you can grab videos from sites like youtube with a built in program called grab++ from orbit.

You and Skaaaks are two of my earlist friends and both of you know hell of a lot about the software and how to use it to maximum advantage.I am a novice and therefore unable to fully grasp all this leave aside using them to my advantage. If you have time and can explain as what benefits will accrue from its usage I shall be grateful to you.I keep watching the discussions you initiate from time to time but computer related software/hardware intricacies are, frankly speaking, beyond me but I am willing to learn and use.

As far as myself is concerned, the best download manager is " Internet Download Manager'-IDM only. Even with the slowest connectivity, it will work excellently and the downlaod speed will be greater than that of all download managers available. I have tested nearly 10 such download managers. It's having lots of futures and download will be carried over in 7 or 8 segments. It is available as trial version for one month and the product license will come around $ 25.00. Test its performance with the trial version and feel the difference.
